A- Security deposit is equal to 1 month rent.
Q- Is a lease required?
A- A one year lease is required.
Q- Are utilities included?
A- Condelco pays water in all buildings. Tenants are responsible for gas, electric, and cable.
Q- Why is heat included in building 575-579 and not other locations?
A- The heat in 575-579 is hot water baseboard heat. We pay the water, therefore we pay the heat for this building only.
Q- Is there storage available in all buildings?
A- Yes, all of our buildings have a free storage area.
Q- Are appliances included?
A- Yes, all apartments include a stove & refrigerator. Most units have a dishwasher and garbage disposal.
